Associate (entry-level undergrad)

The interview process was rather long compared to students who received interviews where the firm recruits from. I think I was the postponed to later because I was from a non target and preference was given to students who attended universities they recruited from. I spent my entire summer networking, speaking with as many associates as I could. I had to reach out to the recruiter maybe two times just to check the status of my application and then she sent me an email back asking me for availability.
