The recruiters will come to the major business schools and do a decent job of staying in touch. I stayed in good contact with them during business school which I think helped. The interviews consisted of a first and second round. The first round was at b school. The interviews were case based with a market sizing and a case. The second round was at the office and involved presenting to partners and drawing out slides. Overall great people and process.
