Took the standard LEK digital assessment, around ~2 weeks after heard back to schedule R1 interview.
R1:
Two 30-minute interviews with Senior Associates, started out with standard fit questions (e.g. Tell me about a time where you were a leader, tell me about a time when you got negative feedback..), then moved into cases. Both cases were market sizing cases, very short. Cases are structured by asking for a standard framework first, then size the market, then a brainstorm. For the market sizing, they will give assumptions for you to plug in to make a calculation. One case was on hospital cleaning supplies, one case was on a meal delivery service.
