Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I submitted online, had a gamified test online that took 10-20 minutes. Then I had two rounds of interviews. First round was 2 people 45 minutes each. Roughly 25 min case, 15ish min fit. One was strat/qual focused while the other was quant focused. Second round was 3 people 45 minutes each. They gave me an hour to look through some materials to prepare a presentation for (verbal only) then each of the interviewers focused on one aspect. Quant/Strat/Presentation were the three. I got offer 2 weeks later
