I applied online for the LSS position without contacting anyone at the firm. I only had a conversation with one LSS couple days before my first round.
1st round interviews were done over the phone and consisted of 2 x 30 min interviews. Each 30 min interview consisted of fit and a case. There were given by other LSS's. The cases were related to pharma and were market sizing questions.
