Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied via my school's career service center (tent to a target in Singapore). After submitting my resume I got a phone call from HR to schedule an interview. First interview was on campus (their team actually came over to our school to interview candidates). Second round interview was on site (at their office, pay for your own taxi).
