Summer Consultant 2023

I applied to LEK in November 2022 during the regular summer internship app cycle and got invited to interview January 3, 2023. The interview consisted of three parts; first is a workplanning activity that simulates day-to-day activities that are part of the job and where you are supposed to justify how you choose to manage your associates, second is a presentation where you are given a deck of slides and asked to design an executive summary of your recommendations in 1 slide and then present for 10 minutes. After is a Q&A on your presentation. Last part is the case interview. Overall the interviewers were respectful and seemed eager to chat. Had a consultant and a partner reach out after the offer was made to chat more about the firm and office culture and other things.
