First round was a short HR phone screen covering my background and motivation for markets.
2nd round was 1v1 interview with a trader focusing on marker microstructure, ordre types, macro events.
I then completed a short Xl based skills test cleanin intraday data and calculating basic stats
Final round, a 10 minute stock pitch followed by questions on catalysts, risks and valuation
