Interview
Had three phone interviews, then 5 in person interviews with VPs and up. Great experience. A lot of typical questions you would expect for growth equity.
Interview Questions
I was asked a tricky question about statistics and expected value for different dice rolls with specific incentives. Was asked the typical tell me about your background, why growth equity, why level equity, etc. Another interested question was when I was asked to build model financial statements for a company that I worked for over the summers (not an internship). Tell me about a time when.... (you needed to sell something, be a leader, overcame adversity, etc.) A lot of typical behavioral questions.
