Contacted through one of the lesser known headhunters about this position (probably via linked-in).
First round consisted of meeting two principals. Typical fit and deal experience questions asked, along with some questions about investing experience / views. Second round was several weeks later which included 2 case studies. One was a very simple LBO (20-30 minutes) on excel, the other was looking at a PE fund investment materials. Had to do both within 1.5 hrs and present why/why not you would invest in each (the LBO deal and the PE fund- i.e. from FOF perspective). Helpful to know at which IRR / multiple you would take a deal and why (i.e. compared to other available yields for institutional investors).
