The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I was referred by a friend. LCCF were seeking to hire two Oxbridge interns as a precursor to launching a comprehensive graduate scheme the following year. Approximately 50 people applied for the position.

I was interviewed by the CEO first, followed by a Managing Director. Both were aware of my lack of knowledge/experience in finance, so kept the interviews to more generic resume/competency questions, followed by a business case study (very much in the vein of a consulting interview). The case study questions were geared at identifying the drivers for growth in a particular industry. The MD asked some more econ-heavy questions, but I managed to shift the conversation to the political dimensions of the topics (playing to my degree strengths) and waffled through it just fine.

After the interview they had me summarise (in my own words) a quite long FT article in the space of an hour - a rather basic exercise compared to skills assessments at other banks. Libertas got back to me within a week and offered me a year long contract.
