Analyst Development Summer Program

The interview day lasts about 4 hours with an introductory presentation where you get to talk to young professionals who were recently in the position you are interviewing four. This is followed by a case study and three one on one interviews along with a job shadow. Overall, the interviewers were all very friendly and have a lot of knowledge about the company and the many roles one could play in this program. None of the questions jumped out at me as being too difficult. The key seemed to be that you were honest about your experiences and that you cared to ask important questions.
