Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I dealt with a very nice recruiter during my time with Liberty Mutual. However, I did not want to be in insurance and I did not want to be in sales. I knew this job was very sales dependent. Red flags went up the first interview when she told me that by the second call I would need to compile a list of 200 names of friends/family to sell their products to. Obviously not wanting to turn this information over, our contact ended there. This is expected of every intern/new full-time hire.
