Applied online and then had a call with HR which consisted of behavioral questions and interest in the industry. Got notice of super day within two weeks. Spoke with a total of six individuals, in pairs. One paid heavily drilled technicals while the rest were mixed in behavioral and technical. Technical spanned insurance industry, current interest rate environment, and general macro-economic trends.
Interview Questions
Technical questions on how the insurance industry generates money, methods of valuations, and what costs it may have. Also asked about the current interest rate environment. I was also shown some work-related steps in response to hypothetical situations that I had to rank in order of how I would handle the issue.

Interview
Started with on campus recruiting where basic behavioral questions were asked. Was invited to their office about a month later for a "superday" where I went through a series of interviews with both behavioral and technical questions.
Interview Questions
Most of the questions asked were pretty straight forward, but some caught me off guard. Here are some of the ones that I wasn't completely ready for.
Q1: How are the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows related?
Q2 :How does an insurance company make money?
Q:3 What are some different revenue generating business units?
Q4: There was also a simple case study where I was asked to analyze different business areas and assess where losses were occurring and what could be done to fix this issue.
