Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Phone Interview
Interview
I was set up through a head hunter, to whom I initially sent my resume. The first phone interview was relatively easy. I walked through my deals that I had done over the past year and a half at my respective investment bank. I was asked a few questions regarding my deals as well. I chose to decline the final round, as I realized I didn't think the fit would be great.
Interview Questions
The paper LBO was alright. I was asked to make up all of my own assumptions, and the interviewer was completely silent while I walked through them, which was fine. I wasn't given a ton of verbal feedback at the time.
I was asked to evaluate a company that the interviewer either made up or had evaluated before. I was given very little information, but was asked what I would diligence and how I would think about it from an investing standpoint.
