Interview
Showed up to university campus networking event for LH. Received email from HR two days later scheduling me for an on-campus internal networking event the next day. Day after that was the four hour superday interview process. Interviewed with four different hiring managers within finance function back to back in a series of 1 on 1s.
Interview Questions
The questions were relatively easy, as they were mostly behavioral focused. There is no specific technical testing on site, however, I made it a point to speak about my skills in excel visual basic such as making macros to make things more efficient. Other than that, there was only one question that I struggled with. The question was: we make products that can potentially kill people, are you okay with that? I basically answered something that came out of my ethics class about the greater good of society outweighing the cons.

Group Interview
Interview
One phone interview with direct supervisor. Followed by on site group interview with that same supervisor and his boss, a director, as well.
Interview Questions
All behavioral. Many questions asking to recall times working in a group. How to overcome an obstacle in a group. How to deal with a team member that is not doing well. The process was very conversational, and both of the interviewers clearly cared about the questions they were asking. One was more focused on taking notes, while the other was more focused on asking questions. They even tossed in a random question about neuroscience, just because a neuro-research project was on my resume at the time.

Interview
Apply online. Heard back about a month later. Set up in person interview (2-3 managers and yourself) for a about a month following that.
Interview Questions
Nothing very difficult about the interview.
Very typical situational questions. What have I done in the past related to team work. Tell me about a time that you have gathered large amounts of data and what you did with it. What interests you about working here. All the questions were pretty straight forward out of a textbook. Asked me why I wanted to work at this specific location as opposed to a location closer to home. Over all I would rate it as a generally easy question, it helps that I came from a target school ((target school in terms of where they recruit) I'm assuming.

The process started with an on campus interview. It was very standard with some basic finance technical questions and a few behavioral questions. After the one-on-one interview, I had two phone interviews with SVPs in the finance group. They mostly asked about myself and wanted to get to know me.
Interview Questions
Describe how the three main accounting statements work together? I answered with a simple description of the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.

Interview
I submitted a resume and I was offered a "career discussion" at my school, which was basically an interview. He asked no technical questions, and only a few behavorials. Mostly, though, it was just a Q&A session for applicants to learn about the company a little more and to meet someone who is currently working at Lockheed. Afterwards, I was called by Lockheed Global Operations, which includes a supply chain/business development group, which I interviewed for. I was given a 1 hour phone interview, in which there were more behavorial questions, and minimal technical questions.
Interview Questions
Name one situation where you had to take leadership when you were obviously not expected to.

I prefaced this by describing an event where I was in charge of finances. However, due to a lack of coordination by the main event hosts, the planning and procurement of items for the event was going much slower than it needed to be. Thus, I took on the task of organization, making sure groups communicated with each other about both materials and specific logistics. I made sure that there was transparency between groups, so we can coordinate better once the event rolls around. I ended by saying that we caught up, had a successful event, and had an unexpectedly high turnout.

Interview
I had a pretty good networking connection, so my interview process might not be typical. My only interview was over the phone while I was at school. I spoke with the head of Talent Management in the Finance department. He called me and asked me about myself. He seemed interested in knowing more about my story and what I was about. It was the most easy-going interview process I've ever had - it felt more like a formality than an actual interview. I was offered an internship and accepted for the summer. When the internship ended in August, I had a brief discussion with the same manager (20 mins). He asked if I enjoyed my experience and if I would be interested in returning next year, to which I said I would be interested. In January 2012 I got a call from him telling me that he will be sending an official offer letter in a few weeks.
Interview Questions
Tell me about yourself? Again, my interview process was very easy. I explained my interests and why I chose my major, and expressed a willingness and desire to learn about a new industry.
