the case study was relevant to their business - but the part that I'm not familiar with. Not a fan of their capital markets division

IQ / Intelligence Test
Interview
Applied on my college career portal. About two weeks later received an invitation to complete an online numerical test. Received an invitation the week following the numerical test for a phone interview.
Phone interview was with HR, lasting about 30 mins. Very basic question, mostly behavioral, and asking about the different groups within the company and preferred choice for rotation. It's with HR so hard to get a feel for the role or the company culture
Interview Questions
What are your preferred groups that you would want to rotate in and why do you think your skills align with them?

IQ / Intelligence Test
Interview
Submitted my resume through online portal for LSEG. Invited to a behavioral interview and IQ test, then a month later was invited to the super day. Right now still preparing for the upcoming super day.
Interview Questions
Nothing difficult at all. The behavioral interview was the most basic ones, ask about a time of challenge / failure, how did I deal with it; a time I did something new to improve the process; experience working in groups; why are you interested in LSEG, what's their business. Just the most general questions. The interviewer was a British lady and I had to speak slowly for her to take notes. As for the IQ test, there's nothing much to prepare for. Just make sure to understand the English language since the problems can be phrased weirdly (some times intentionally).

Group Interview
IQ / Intelligence Test
Interview
Easy interviews --> know the company & how do you work in a group. Group work. Typical math test and IQ test
Interview Questions
What would you recommend for the strategy of the Group? They give you a file of data that you have to analyze ot's very big so being able to summarize the information fast is essential I wouldn't recommend preparing for it though because it changes each time and the information they provide is not necessarily available . I think they just want to see how you think so explain clearly your thought process rather than giving facts for example listing all the companies they already own won't be uself.
