Interview Questions
Walk me through an LBO. Why might a PE firm choose to use bank debt over a bond? Walk me through how the 3 financial statements connect. Why Hudson Advisors? Why’d you choose your college?

Most of the questions asked during the second round were highly technical and includes several follow ups for most answers I gave on a technical question. They dove deep into LBO variables and how various scenarios would impact the output values in an LBO model. Additional technicals included walking them through a debt schedule
