Very easy process. Most of the contents are about the behavioral and fit questions. You don't need to worry about anything.
Interview Questions
There are nothing too worry about. The most difficult and unexpected question is can you tell me why do you want to do IBD summer analyst, how about your writing skills. How about your communication skill.
I don't think someone can failed in this process. Because this company may need people, they need students to help them do some basic job like research, data set. This is a unpaid job, so I am sure that you can over the interview as long as you don't want to earn money in this process, want to get an experience.

I talked to MD of Madison Park Group , very smooth behavioral questions. Very easy process. no more than 20 minutes
Interview Questions
They asked me about why do you want to join the IBD, and also ,in most times, they just introduce me about their company's history, I talk to them so much about my experiences. This is very easy process. The only thing that you need to worry about is your English, so it seems that there are nothing you need to worry about, the reason that this interview is so easy that I think is because they need people to work for them, there are lots of basic work that need to be handle, but it can hele you have a nice experience.
