Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process took about 2 months total. First two interviews were 45-minute zoom calls, one entirely behavioral and the other entirely technical. After that was a superday, which included a case study. For the case study, you are given roughly one week to prepare... it includes modeling and powerpoint. Superday is mostly behavioral as well, but with a modeling test and IQ test.
