Graduate program trading

First of all, I applied for the graduate program then i received an email/phone call to confirm my attendance to the assessment day which is the only day ==> if you are not available the day they suggest, you are out of the process.
The graduate takes one afternoon : Group interview, trading simulation and finally the tests. We were around 25 ppl divided into 3 groups (they only take 2 ppl for the position)
-Group interv. : with some traders and 1hr, many questions type (calculous, fun, self presentation, general questions)
-trading simulations : with two other market makers ==> a real simulation of what's happening in the market to price some fruits and buy/sell.
-logical tests : 60 questions in 20min (if in remember well). logical questions that don't need any calculations.

the logical test and the trading simulations are heavily weighted in their decisions.

My adventure stopped at this point. still another round.
