Interview
I first contacted The Malibu Group through my research into investment banks in Cincinnati. They seemed to be a decent regional boutique. I was first contacted a week after emailing my resume to the recruiting contact for a first-round phone screening. The screening consisted of very basic fit questions (no technicals), and I was quickly advanced to a 3-on-1 virtual interview (through Skype). I was contacted for another final round interview a week later, but turned it down, as I had already accepted an offer elsewhere.

This firm was extremely focused on finding a specific type of person - the necessary traits for being successful in finance were required, but my interviewers mentioned time and time again what an important role their faith (Christians) played in their company. They talked about how the founder of the company was a devout Christian, and how, although they didn't say it explicitly, they were looking for someone who would fit in culturally with regards to a religious context.

Who is one individual in the public eye that you despise? Who is one individual in the public eye that you admire?
It seems like you haven't focused on your academics as much as we'd like to see. Could you explain this? (My GPA at the time was a 3.9/4.0 from a target institiution)
