Interview
Met an employee at a career fair on campus. Gave him my resume and followed up with a few emails. A number of weeks later, I was asked to come down for an interview. The interview consisted of two ~45 minute sessions, each session with two interviewers. The questions basically started by walking through my resume, discussing past internship I had held as well as leadership roles in college. The interview then shifted into technical questions, although they were not that technical. For instance: "if you could only choose one of the financial statements to value a company, which would you choose and why." Overall, nice people and nice environment, and it was generally not a horribly difficult interview.
