Senior Associate

First of all, I interned for the company twice, but the team does not have a "return offer" mechanism. After the second internship, I learned that there is an open req that had not been approved. Fast forward to four months later, the company posted a jd online for both internal and external audience. I applied through the online portal. The company HR reached out and set up a few interviews with a number of key stakeholders, including hm, business partners and leadership. All was done over the phone. No presentation was needed since my final intern presentation would have covered that. But for other similar positions, there could be requirement to have the candidate present on a pre-determined topic.
