Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Posting on college job forum. I got called for an interview a week after and interviewed with the hiring manager. It was a one hour interview that was designed to test fit with the group, which after three days I received an offer.. It was to be an analyst for the credit research team and the people were absolutely welcoming. People were happy to show me the ropes and teach me as I built my knowledge and showed a lot of patience. One of the best roles a new intern could have asked for.
