Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process seemed pretty standard. At the time I had already visited five similar sized asset management firms in the city and by comparison nothing stood out. It was thirty minutes in length and open ended. Followed by a group interview also open ended. Prior to the first meeting I had a quick phone interview which comprised again of the standard cv review and some soft skill questions.
