Leadership Development Program

Began with a phone screening with a few preliminary questions. They mostly wanted to gain insight into your strengths and interests. Following the screening you are invited to their Waterloo Offices to interview with their Global Talent HR head and one other HR person. They ask a series of questions, mostly behavioural and also to explain your resume.

Later they follow up with you to head to the Toronto Global Headquarters to interview. My interviewers consisted of a VP who was once in the rotational program and the global IR head. They asked mostly behavioural and some technical questions. It seems they mostly want to gauge your abilities and scrutinize your fit with the rotational program (when you finish the program you are slated to run a Business Unit as a VP).
