Personality Test
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First was sent a link to a personality test. 50 questions that assessed what type of traits I have and how they relate to brokerage.
Then I met with the office manager in a 30 minute zoom call. We went over the test and then I was asked why I like commercial real estate.
After, I was offered the position and started working in the summer
