What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Little information provided about the hiring process. It seemed very unorganized. I was told that I was going to meet with someone in the HR group as the screening interview, and that I would meet with the President and COO in subsequent interviews. I was asked to accommodate their busy schedules by being available on short notice and early in the morning. After clearing my schedule for the next two days because they couldn't commit, I was left hanging. Neither the company nor the recruiter communicated anything. I was told 5 days later that they had already filled the position. This was a completely inappropriate and unprofessional way to treat candidates.
