Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online via website. Was contacted by office manager within a week and set up a phone interview. Phone interview consisted of resume screening, behavioral questions, and mini-case. Was offered 2nd round interview same day. 2nd round was a 3 hour "super-day". Interviews were with a Senior VP, and 2 project managers from different offices. Each interview was 1 hour long, consisting of behavioral questions, brain teasers, and cases (market sizing, market entry/profit). Offer was received next day.
