First you submit your CV, then after around ~2/3 weeks you receive an email to answer, 5 questions being ( date of your expected or actual graduation; are you able to work full time during the program; Confirm all languages that you have native or business level fluency; Please select two teams you would like to join, between (Consulting ; Cyber Security; Operations; Analytical Services (Actuarial/Pensions); Analytical Services (Investments); Finance). Then you receive an email for an online interview where you have 4 questions to answer, this ussually takes ~30minutes. My questions were: Introduce yourself; What do you know about Marsh; Why do you believe you are a valuable for this intership and What are you expecting of this internship? What do you aim to learn?
Then if you pass you are asked to schedule an interview with the Manager. I am still waiting for that part.

Given hirevue interview a few days after applying. Invited to a 3-round interview that lasts 30 minutes each, about a month after. Questions were all behavioral with a "Why Marsh" in there, also sometimes would ask for multiple responses for a single question. Offer sent a week after final round interview.

I was connected to Marsh Mclennan through a family friend. I applied online and heard back from the recruiter the next week. After my interview with the recruiter, I had an interview with the lead of the Private Client team. A week or two later I got a call from the recruiter and was sent an offer letter.
Interview Questions
It was all pretty normal, just go over some behavorial guides. Also have a "why marsh" answer. And, know everything on your resume well.

I was invited to the final round, so not sure what came before that. 1 hour, split into a 45 min case study with two analysts and a 15 behavioral with HR. I heard back within three business days via phone call and had more than 2 weeks to accept.
Interview Questions
Two case studies on risks and controls. Nothing too tough, and the interviewers give feedback for each, so you can take the feedback from the first and apply that to the second.
