Early Career Program

The beginning of the process was a online application through their website, second process was a online interview (one-way) where they asked around 3-5 questions mostly related to why Marsh, why are you interested in Risk Management, some STAR. And after 2-4 weeks you get a "super day" like interview, there are 3 interviews 30 minute each. And you interview with fellow brokers at the firm it could be someone who just graduated the TRAC program or a Senior Broker with 20+ years of experience. They ask about you, why Marsh, what does Marsh do, and your experience in previous internships and schools.
