Interview Questions
Unexpected question about what a typical day looked like, kind of hard to answer because typically as a student my answers are pretty generic. I thought everything else went fine, there were a few technical questions that I was slightly unprepared for as an underclassman interviewing for an unpaid internship but overall everything went fine. Definitely could be a lot easier for an individual who has had finance or IB or any kind of investment experience or classes in the past thought, however in my opinion

Interview
I first reached out via my school's job board and got a reply back to schedule a phone call. The phone call was an initial screening with basic technicals and fit questions. I then went to their HQ for an in-person interview.
Interview Questions
The questions were very basic. Most of the questions consisted of walking through the accounting statements, linking them, walking through each form of valuation, walking through and explaining an LBO, etc. The most difficult technical questions by far were some of the more advanced accounting questions as they were extremely unexpected. In terms of the behavioral questions, they were mostly generic, but took a significant interest in which organizations you were apart of on campus and what did they do.
