They asked my a series of questions regarding when I worked as a team, presented leadership skills, and why I would be a good fit.
Interview Questions
The most difficult question that they asked me was when was a time that I showed leadership. It could be at school, at a previous job, or in an organization. They also asked me when did I have a difficult situation when I worked in a team. The final question was when did I have to learn something on the fly at a job- a time when you felt like you could not ask for help. It was important to talk about Excel in this situation because they wanted to see that you knew what you were doing from an analytical standpoint.
