Interview
Very straightforward. Applied through the university recruiting portal. About a week later, I was invited for the one round interview process which consisted of 2 back to back interviews. One was with a senior director, and the other was with a senior associate. Both cases were pretty normal and were about market entry and growth in the retail/travel industry. There was a bit more focus on math than traditional consulting cases. The behavioral portion for the two interviews was also super important. Questions in that field were straightforward though,( i.e. why mastercard/ tell me about a time..) After this interview, I had to wait about a week and a half to get a call back for an offer.
Interview Questions
There weren't really any unexpected questions. I think the most challenging question was a behavioral question: tell me about a time where you took leadership on something when you didn't have to.

I had back-to-back 45 minute technical interviews. The first interview involved a system design question; I thought I did pretty well. The second interview was a leetcode medium/easy problem. Asked a few questions at the very end.
Interview Questions
The systems design question was a little confusing; I eventually got the answer but my code was not very well written.

The recruiter came to my school and we scheduled an interview. It was mainly behavioral. The interviewer was the same major as me in school, History.
Interview Questions
There weren't any that were too difficult. I think the interviewer was very upfront in that he indicated that he wasn't interested in hearing my "prepared" answer for why I enjoyed my major. He asked me to be upfront, so I did. My major was History so I told him I came into university feeling a natural inclination towards it, and really enjoyed it because it felt like a story. Not the most "market oriented" answer or even the most intelligent-sounding, but very candid. I think he appreciated that. Other questions were related to how the company makes money.

Interview
The process started off with a skype interview as opposed to just a phone interview and the questions were structured to test your knowledge of their work, latest efforts and general research of the company. Was invited for a second round of 3 1on1 interviews at the headquarters in Purchase. Had two interviews with members of the group I would be joining and one interview with a lady from HR. Questions were behavioral to see how effectively you could answer the question being asked as well as your excitement/motivation to join that group.
