Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was referred internally by a school alumni. The hiring team reached out to me shortly after and scheduled a first round interview. After that there was a technical interview and an excel interview. After those I was invited for an office visit for the final round. That consisted of 3 back to back interviews with people of various seniority at the bank and a quick lunch near the office.
