Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round consisted of a two-on-one interview. This was mainly about fit, gauging interest and knowledge of the firm/responsibilities of the role. Pretty standard. Then there was a Superday consisting of four 30 min one-on-one sessions. Each session covered an excel model, case study, technical questions, and behavioral/fit questions separately. Each with a different member of the team, including MD. Afterwards there was a short happy hour with the other candidates and team.
