Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
30 minutes total, 15 minutes with a non-quant guy, and another 15 minutes with a quant girl. The first 15 minutes was easy - mostly a resume run-through and making sure you can communicate well. The second 15 minutes was a bit awkward.
