The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I was put in contact with an analyst within the Investment Banking division of the firm through a member of my family. I visited the office while on vacation during Winter Break, and informally spoke with the analyst about my interest in finance, investment banking, and the firm specifically. From there, there was back and forth communication between myself and the analyst (now associate) to try and find a place for me. I was finally given a formal interview over the phone where I was passed along from the analyst to the two associates to a VP. It was mainly behavioral with a couple of brainteasers. Nothing too extreme.
