Facility sizes typically range from $40 million to $250 million. The firm works with entrepreneur and family-owned companies as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies to fund organic growth, recapitalizations, expansions, acquisitions, management or leveraged buyouts, refinance existing debt or to fund Chapter 11 reorganizations/exits.
