The hiring process was very simple. I applied online, submitting my resume and a cover letter to the email address on the company website. I was offered a first round interview, which was conducted over the phone. The interview was very typical. The first portion was about fit, culture, why investment banking, as well as company specifics and details about my interviewer. The second half consisted of technical questions. Overall, the interview wasn't that difficult, but at the end, I wasn't that impressed and wasn't sold on the culture of the firm.
