What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had a telephone interview, and it was all behavioral questions, with a special emphasis on the leadership work I'd done in the past. The hiring person was very, very tough and pushed back about my leadership experience, why I decided to do it, where it fit in with my future, and where I failed, etc. They in particular didn't like one of my leadership posts and so they kept grilling me about it to the point where 15 minutes in we were talking about the same thing and it got very, very frustrating.
