Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was contacted for a first round interview the day after I applied through my college's recruiting program. I go to an Ivy League School. The first round was behavioral questions (why mcmaster, what do you know about us, tell us about a leadership experience) Then I was flown out to the corporate HQ. The first hour was the tour of the facility with an ex-goldman alum where I was asked thought questions along the way (how do you think this box got here, why do we organize our warehouse this way, why do we have a special review team for orders over $10,000)
