Phone interview leading to a super day of 5 interviews with 5 different people. Tour of the warehouse, virtually or in-person depending on your situation. You then are asked a multitude of behavioral questions and questions regarding improving the companies warehouse efficiency.
Interview Questions
Behaviorals were standard:
strengths, weaknesses, how did you use data to solve a problem, leading a team.

Difficult questions were regarding the warehouse conveyor operations. They would ask things like "what is going on in this process" while you're looking at some aspect of the warehouse, and you have to describe what you think is happening. Then they'd ask things like "how would you make this process more efficient"
