Interview
I applied online for the position. I heard back from a recruiter from head office after two weeks. I had a phone interview. After that, I had an in person interview scheduled. After 2-3 weeks, I heard back about an offer. The interviews consisted of many behavioural questions.
Interview Questions
What would I change about the company upon my first impression?

I had done a lot of research about the company and they had recently gone t rough an acquisition. Some of the feedback had to relate to how they were handling the transition and things I would recommend to do, not necessarily change,

What is the critical feedback you most often receive?

This is a question where I rephrased my greatest weakness response to fit the wording of this question, so that I was still able to put a positive spin at the end.
