Interview
Found the job posting online and applied right away. I got contacted by HR a week after my application and my interview was scheduled to take place in 4 weeks. I was told that it will be a group interview with the head of the group I applied for and another head of a different group for a cross check, also they said it will involve a practical part.

I read as much as I could about interviews in AM and prepared by reading up on recent trends in the German space, their performance and news in general. When the interview started I had to prepare a 15 minute flipchart presentation on a topic from my studies. The interview itself then started and they didn't really give me time to tell them my story, they just started asking questions. It all went well in my oppinion, a lot of fit related questions and no technicals in the traditional sense, they asked much more about recent developments in Europe and what my oppinion was on them. Overall I had a really good feeling when I left and felt that they really liked. Unfortunately I didn't get an offer as they decided to hire a former intern.
