Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was for a corporate FP&A role. Applied online and got called in for a one-on-one meeting with the co-founder / CEO. Conversation was pretty fluid, lasted about 45 minutes where I spoke about my experiences and interests in joining the firm. Then met with the CFO who tested me on my technicals, and walked through my deals on my resume.
Had a 2 hour case study and reviewed it with the CFO. Offer was extended shortly thereafter, but declined due to mismatch of salary expectations.
