Phone Interview
Interview
I applied through my career services portal. Was invited to sign up for an interview through the career site and had a 30 min phone interview with a hiring manager. Overall very friendly, nothing technical, just talk about previous experiences.
Interview Questions
The interview did not really have any difficult questions. The first part of the interview the interviewer tells you about their background (since they're a hiring manager) and what they do currently. After I talked about my resume and experiences and he would occasionally prod for more information about my more relevant experiences to the position. After he asked two standardized behavioral questions, one being about describing a challenge you weren't able to complete, and the second was about a time you worked in a team.
