Investment Analyst Engineer

Started with a phone screen with recruiter 15 minutes on basic background. Asked a few questions about commuting and some cultural things. Then had 3 thirty minute interviews, first two with team members and last with hm. No seriously difficult questions asked, more behavioral than any on finance knowledge. The role is quant/coding heavy but hiring manager admitted they lacked knowledge on that. Then gave me a 3 hour test on risk metrics using python followed by presenting my findings to the team.
