Melody Capital Partners was founded in November 2012 and is managed by Omar Jaffrey and Andres Scaminaci, former co-heads of the UBS Special Situations Group of the Americas. Melody seeks to make private loans to unrated companies and asset rich borrowers who value a solution-based partner. Melody launched its first credit funds in 2013 and began investing through closed-end and evergreen structures.
